How to build your brand

Person standing facing the word brand with all the elements of building a brand surrounding the word brand

There is more to building your brand than just naming your business, product lines and services. Media Relations Agency treats your product like a celebrity. We have the experience and understanding it takes to develop a strategy that will deliver the fame your brand needs and deserves.

Much like people who become celebrities, achieving product fame can be a long and arduous journey. Think of fame as a ladder where every rung is an opportunity to bring your product closer to celebrity status, rather than expecting every opportunity to be a slingshot that will propel you to the top.

As a fully integrated agency, we work hard to ensure every time someone encounters your product in the media or online, they receive consistent messaging about your product’s values. That’s how we help you build awareness and trust.

For example, publicity exposes your product to huge audiences. As people see your story told (and repeated) by multiple media outlets, their trust in your product will rise and demand will follow.

Getting your story in the news consistently, and making sure each media story is impactful, requires strong attention to detail. It also requires relentless drive.

We’ve been arranging product publicity for more than 35 years. We’ve arranged tens of thousands of media stories. We work behind the scenes to gather and coordinate all the story elements for reporters, journalists and producers.

Have you been thinking the only brand-building opportunities worth pursuing are the ones that will slingshot your product to the top? Maybe it’s time to stop looking for the easy route and put us to work helping you steadily climb that ladder of fame. She enjoys leading campaigns for complex industries such as medical devices and technologies, as well as fun industries such as hair salons. She thrives on pursuing creative ways to educate consumers about clients’ products, and ultimately inspiring them to buy. “I appreciate becoming a part of each client’s marketing team. I cherish the long-lasting relationships, and successful marketing programs we have created together.” Heather also finds joy in her daily collaborations as part of our creative team. “I am grateful to work with publicists, writers, designers and other marketing experts, all enjoying what they do because they are using their God-given strengths. Our publicists have great instincts because they all have media backgrounds. When things get hectic, it’s often Heather who cracks the first joke. “We encourage people to be a little goofy and unique. Some of the best ideas and solutions emerge because we know how to have fun,” she grins. “I may say something like, “Remember this is PR not the ER. Now, lighten up and go book a great story idea with the media!”
