Join forces for a winning combination. Function and fashion at Girlfriends Expo & Getaway

Mid-America Events & Expos came up with a fun marketing strategy for two of our partners that is sure to draw crowds. The partners, both participating in this year’s Girlfriends Expo & Getaway, are each conducting fashion shows at the event. In addition to previewing the season’s hottest styles, the two partners are working with us — and with each other — to support a good cause.

On day one of the show, ladies will find stunning new looks for that special night out with the Glitz & Glamour Fashion show,featuring recycled designer clothing and accessories fro Hope Chest for Breast Cancer’s retail stores. Then on day two, they’ll see another fashion show — this one featuring hot holiday gifts for under $100 — from Chadwicks.

The ladies attending this event will get Chadwicks discounts of up to $30 on new clothing and accessories when they bring donations of gently used business suits and coats, which will by recycled by Hope Chest for Breast Cancer. The donation drive will take place at the Girlfriends Expo & Getaway, November 19-20 at Treasure Island Resort and Hotel.

The media is excited about this unique partnership supporting a good cause. And we’re excited to organize these “shopportunities” for both of our marketing partners.
