Digital Marketing Manager

– Ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical collaborator, driven by a competitive mindset to push online conversions and effectively manage clients.
– Monitor advertising campaigns and drive engagement by directing the creation of high-quality content that is consistent with customer standards.
– With lead generation support, continuously process new leads by building strong relationships and coordinating marketing strategies.
– Connect with influencers and maintain a professional relationship on behalf of MRA and the client brand.
– This person will act as the primary point of contact between our clients and our creative team. May also, if necessary, work with third-party vendors including editing services, freelance designers, advertisers, or external client partners.
– Develop oral and written reports to showcase campaign results, ROI and deliverables with clients; ensure that meeting agendas and data accurately portray what we have done, how the accounts performed, and what we plan to do next; also identify gaps or opportunities for additional digital-related solutions and build the offerings.

Requirements and Additional Experience:
2-4 years in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or relevant experience preferred
Working knowledge of Google Workspace
Knowledge and experience with digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, email marketing, and LinkedIn
General knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Analytics
General knowledge of HTML or WordPress experience is a plus
Superb customer service skills
Highly analytical thinker; able to troubleshoot client needs or escalate with support team for resolution
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
Capable of working concurrently on several projects and managing priorities or adjusting tasks when needed

General Responsibilities:
– Determine and develop custom digital programs to fit client goals
– Manage various client accounts and campaigns
– Lead the direction and creation of new content for client needs
– Work with Influencers and manage content, metrics and/or social accounts appropriately
– Report regular updates on campaigns to clients
– Stay up to date with digital processes or changes in the industry
– Drive new business and maintain client relationships
– Monitor online client communities
