September recovered most of August's dip. Visibility rose 2.3 points to 38.1%, TLC now ranks for 69 of the 113 tracked keywords (up from 67), and it holds first place on 39 keywords, up from 36. Average position slipped from 7.2 to 8.5, mostly because six keywords entered the top 100 this month and new entries tend to come in low; two of them landed at 79 and 87.
The largest gains came in the two areas flagged last month. Post-abortion recovery content rebounded, with “emotional healing after abortion” moving from 42 to first, and the donation and parenting pages started to come back: “where to donate baby supplies near me” went from 27 to first, and “help for single moms with newborns,” which dropped out in August, returned at second. The losses were concentrated in two places: two first-place AI Overview citations that fell sharply, and the pregnancy-options and abortion-pill-reversal content that gained in August, which gave much of that back.

All four were ranking 16th or lower in August, and three are pregnancy-options or abortion-pill-reversal terms that first entered the top 100 last month. Rankings in that range move in and out of the top 100 more easily than established positions, so this group is the main focus for October.
Of the 39 keywords where TLC ranks first, 18 are citations inside Google's AI Overview panel, down from 24 in August. The difference moved into standard and local results: TLC now holds first place as a standard listing on 10 keywords (up from 4) and in the local pack on 11 (up from 7). Eight keywords that ranked first only through an AI Overview citation in August kept first place this month as a standard or local result, which is the shift we set out to make.
The two largest declines show why that matters. “How to talk to boyfriend about pregnancy” and “am i pregnant quiz early symptoms” both ranked first in August through an AI Overview citation. Both lost that citation in September and now rank 69 and 23 as standard listings.

Stabilize the pregnancy-options and reversal content. Three of the four keywords that left the top 100 belong to this group, and “abortion pill reversal near me” and “how to reverse the abortion pill” also slipped. We will strengthen these pages and link them from the pregnancy-options page, which moved up to 14 this month.
Win back the two lost first-place results. We will review the partner-conversation article and the pregnancy quiz page so they can compete as standard listings, not only as AI Overview citations.
Finish the parenting and donation recovery. The donation and single-moms pages came back this month, but eight of the ten keywords that dropped out in August are still not ranking, including fatherhood mentoring, parenting support for new moms, and donating essential baby items. Those pages stay on the list for October.
