SportPsych, Inc. · Prepared by Checkerboard
The app is published. The product page is live, subscription billing works, and pricing is settled. MindMeter Pro is a real product that a customer can buy today — and there is no campaign behind it yet.
That's the situation this sheet addresses. Everything technical is done or nearly done; what's missing is the launch machinery, and a queue of product and site work that has grown well past what the current monthly hours can carry. Below is every open item with an honest estimate, separated into what the launch needs and what can follow it, plus three ways to fund it. There is no wrong answer among the three. The costly choice is leaving it undecided, because a published app with no announcement behind it is the one state that earns nothing.
Delivery at 10 hours per month, beginning August
Private launch ready mid-to-late September. Everything else lands through January 2027.
This assumes no new requests are added — and new requests are always added.
The tiers are sequenced, not sorted by importance. Tier 1 has to ship before any promotion makes sense. Tier 2 is independent of the launch and can run alongside it. Tier 3 is blocked on pricing decisions. Tier 4 is best done once the products it points at are final.
Everything required to open the private window to past customers. Nothing here is optional and nothing else should start until it's done.

Moving instructor code billing onto Stripe. This is the last part of the site still running on the old payment path, and it currently holds instructor card details in a legacy format that predates today's standards. Stripe holds the card instead of GolfPsych — the risk moves off the business entirely.

| Instructor code creation with card on fileInstructor enters a card once at code generation; Stripe stores it, GolfPsych never does | 5.0 |

Building MindMeter into every primary offering, per the integration strategy. Pricing is set, so this is a straight build — but subscription products interact with each other, and each package needs its own checkout, renewal, and access testing before it can go live.

Good ideas that shouldn't compete with the launch.

Option 2 is our recommendation for one reason: it doesn't ask you to commit to a higher monthly number. Your retainer stays exactly where it is, you approve a working balance once, and we bill against it only when we draw from it. If the queue empties faster than expected, the balance carries rather than expires.
Option 3 is worth a look if you expect to keep adding to the list — and history says you will. It's the best hourly value of the three and it's the only one that finishes the queue with capacity still on the table, which means a new idea in September gets built in September instead of joining a line.
New ideas are welcome and most of them have been good ones. The only thing we'd change is where they land. From here, anything new goes onto this list with an estimate rather than into the current month — and if you want it sooner, we'll tell you plainly what it displaces. That way nothing gets lost, nothing quietly delays the launch, and you always know what your hours are buying.
Worth saying plainly: the hardest part is behind you. The app cleared Apple, the product is live, and the billing works. What's in front of you is promotion, and promotion is the part with a clock on it — the founders window and the $50 coupon are 90 days from whenever we open them, and the competitive season doesn't wait. Tier 1 is six weeks of work at the current pace, or three at a faster one.
Hour figures are working estimates for planning, not fixed quotes; actual time is billed as worked. The navigation rebuild will be estimated after the planning session in Tier 4. Totals shown cover the queue as listed on this sheet; dates assume a start of August 1 and no additions to it.
