Monthly program update for CoinsOnline
Completed
Four areas took the month. The Reserve was the large one; the rest were steady site work and support.
Build and configuration work carried through the month. It is running on the live site but is not linked or available to customers — we are placing orders through it ourselves and watching how they behave before it opens up.
Styling corrections across the site, working down the queue of items as they came up.
Layout and display fixes on phones and tablets, where a growing share of traffic lands.
Day-to-day requests and issues handled as they came in, absorbed into the monthly program.
Priority order
Listed in the order we intend to work them. The first three close out work already in motion; the ad plan comes once there is trustworthy data behind it.
Spend
$1,800 per month
Recent months have run over. Nothing here is a surprise charge — the work was requested and it was worth doing — but the pattern is worth naming rather than absorbing quietly.
The September list is sized to fit the monthly program. Where an item looks likely to push past it — the analytics work is the most likely candidate — we will flag it and price it before starting, so it is your call rather than a line on the next invoice.
Looking ahead
We have not yet made the connections that feed your data into our AI system. Some of those feeds go in this month, to assist with advertising suggestions.
The tracking issues in item one are part of the same picture — figures pulled from a setup we know is misreporting would be worse than no figures at all. Once the feeds are in and the tracking is clean, these updates start carrying real reporting: traffic and revenue by source, and ad performance measured against spend.
