What Your Website Customer Data Shows

A read of your registered users and the 100 accounts that actually buy, taken from the WordPress user export. Four findings stand out, and each one points at a decision already on the table.

Revenue is concentrated in very few accounts

Twenty accounts carry more than half of everything. The knowledge of those relationships currently lives with one person.

Three accounts worth a call

Established buyers who have gone quiet relative to their own ordering rhythm. Not lost, but overdue, and worth a call before they become a win-back.

This is the kind of prompt a customer system produces on its own each morning, rather than something anyone has to notice.

What this means

Roughly one registered account in seventy-eight has ever placed an order. Your site reports 7,802 registered users against about 100 that buy. Part of that gap is real: professionals who signed up and never ordered, or never got approved. Much of it is likely automated signups, which fits the anti-spam measure added to the site in July. Separating the two matters, because it decides what it costs to carry these accounts onto any new platform, and whether email sent to that list is reaching people at all. A full user export would settle it.
Twenty relationships carry more than half the revenue, and they are not written down anywhere. There is no record of who was spoken to, what was promised, or which accounts have gone quiet. If the person holding that knowledge is unavailable, the business does not simply slow down. This is the clearest argument for putting a customer system in place, and the number attached to it is roughly $330,000.
New account growth has effectively stopped, which is what a broken signup path produces. Forty-four of these buyers joined in 2021 and five joined across 2025 and 2026 together. Your registration links currently point to an address that no longer exists, and the check meant to hold new accounts for approval never runs. That repair is the least expensive item on your estimate and it sits directly on this line.
Half of your professional accounts have no license on file, and none have a state or expiry. For a business that sells only to licensed professionals, that is difficult to demonstrate if anyone asks. Only four accounts carry a tax exemption record against a wholesale book. Both are fixable as part of rebuilding the application and approval process.
