Service Level Agreements
Whether you have an idea for a new promotion you want to run or your site just has a problem that needs resolving, our team of experts is available when you need it. Our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) make it easy to get help.
We only charge for time you use, and we have two plans available depending on the level of service you need. With a Pay/Go account you maintain a balance and we work when needed. On average, tickets are scheduled with a 7-day lead time for most requests. Emergency requests can be actionable within as little as 4 hours, but are subject to emergency rate pricing.
