Do you know what season it is?

Growing up on a farm, it doesn’t take long to realize that harvest is the most labor intensive season of all – it is not the time to sit back and hope that the harvest will come in from the field on its own. I learned to understand the value of hard work, but beyond that, the value of working SMART!

In business, as in farming, there are seasons that need to be watched and acted upon. It’s important to know your tools, how to use them and always be aware of how new strategies and techniques can make a difference on the bottom line. The “equipment” that we use has changed and if you’re still doing what you’ve always done, you’re leaving a portion of your harvest in the field. In times like these, we can’t afford to do that.

Because we have helped hundreds of companies reach their customers in a way that is more in line with the way they want to be reached, our staff has firsthand experience in a variety of non-advertising promotional channels. Some of these methods are tried and true like product publicity, and others are new like social networking.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to attend one of our free MARKETSMART trainings at our Burnsville corporate office, now is the time to do so. The next time you have business in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area, we’d love to have you join us for one of our trainings.
