Our publicity clients give us rave reviews for our client services, including our creative and interactive monthly Return on Investment (ROI) reports. These reports enable clients to easily share the media placements we arrange with their prospects and co-workers. Account Service Specialist Heather Aarre helped to develop these ROI reports, and continues to look for ways to improve them. She compiles them each month, customizing them according to each client’s needs. Clients appreciate details including interview dates, audience size and key points mentioned so much that they’ve begun to request quarterly reports as well.
